Availability - All buildings are offered subject to their availability from the manufacturers. Normally, if we have not got your building in stock, the delivery time is approximately 3-4 weeks, although during very busy periods (eg Easter and factory holidays), this time will increase.

Delivery - Free roadside delivery is included in all prices.

Base Preparation - To ensure that the building will assemble correctly and lasts as it should do, we strongly recommend that a firm and level base is provided. This can be in the form of timber bearers, slabs, or concrete. We are happy to advise on this and can also quote for base preparation. We can supply sets of pressure treated floor bearers if required.

Installation - If required our own staff will erect/install your building. Unless notified otherwise we will assume clear access for the building and a firm level site. We will need to know in advance of any site difficulties such as steps, obstructed access, difficult parking etc.

Treatment - All buildings are supplied fully treated with a base coat. We recommend further treatment with an exterior wood preservative after installation. (In the case of tanalith treated buildings this is not necessary)

Payment - We accept payment by credit/debit card or by prior arrangement cash on delivery.
